Founding teams
A CRAYS format can separate maker time, decision time and opt-in community time. The founders keep ownership of priorities and outcomes; the club supplies only the setting and services that are confirmed.

Distributed teams
The program can create a shared place to plan, build, review and document. The team decides what continues afterwards, and no later company result is attributed to CRAYS without proof.
